Viega 25720 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" - (P-P) - Union, MegaPress®

Viega 25720 is a 1-1/2" MegaPress union, P x P (P = press end for IPS steel pipe).

A union can be taken apart without cutting the line, so equipment such as a pump, water heater or valve can be removed for service.

Viega MegaPress presses directly onto black iron / carbon steel pipe, so steel lines go together without threading, welding or grooving. The EPDM version is for closed water systems such as hydronic heating and chilled water, and for compressed air. For natural gas or propane use MegaPressG.
