Sioux Chief 213-092 is a TrapEase trap primer tailpiece, 1-1/4" x 6" fine thread with a chrome finish, according to Sioux Chief's product data.

TrapEase is a gravity-fed trap primer. Installed as the tailpiece under a lavatory, it uses gray water from the lavatory drain to replenish the water in a floor drain trap, which keeps the trap seal from drying out and letting sewer gas escape.

The fine thread top suits 1-1/4" lavatory drains, and the 1/2" nominal branch connects to the line running to the floor drain. Sioux Chief lists it to ASSE 1044 and CSA B125.3.
