HeatLink EX24205 1/2" PEX Expansion Ring

HeatLink EX24205 is a 1/2" PEX expansion ring for ASTM F1960 cold expansion connections.

Expansion rings slide over the end of PEX-a tubing before it is expanded, then shrink back with the tubing onto the fitting to form the joint. This 1/2" ring is used with 1/2" F1960 expansion fittings, adapters and manifold ports in plumbing and hydronic systems.

Always match the ring size to the tubing size, use an expansion tool head for 1/2" tubing, and keep spare rings on hand since each connection uses one ring. Square-cut tubing ends help the ring seat evenly.
