HeatLink EX24228 1" PEX Expansion Ring

HeatLink EX24228 is a 1" PEX expansion ring for ASTM F1960 cold expansion connections.

Expansion rings slide over the end of PEX-a tubing before it is expanded, then shrink back with the tubing onto the fitting to form the joint. This 1" ring is used with 1" F1960 expansion fittings, adapters and manifold ports in plumbing and hydronic systems.

Always match the ring size to the tubing size, use an expansion tool head for 1" tubing, and keep spare rings on hand since each connection uses one ring. Square-cut tubing ends help the ring seat evenly.
