Viega 1"x1" - (P-P) - Coupling (No Stop), ProPress® 78182

Viega 78182 is a 1" ProPress coupling (no stop), P x P (P = press end for copper tube).

This coupling has no internal stop, so it slides fully over the tube, which is what makes a repair in a fixed line possible.

Viega ProPress joins copper tube with a press tool and ProPress jaw: no flame, no solder and no hot-work permit. The EPDM sealing element is factory installed, and Viega's Smart Connect design lets an unpressed fitting show itself during the pressure test. ProPress is approved for hot and cold potable water, hydronic heating with glycol, chilled water, compressed air and non-medical gases.
