Milwaukee Tools 48-00-1430 is a 9" carbide grit SAWZALL blade, sold in a 3 pack.

A carbide grit edge has no teeth; it abrades through hard and brittle materials such as cast iron pipe, ceramic tile, fiberglass, cement board and masonry, where toothed blades dull quickly or chip the material. Plumbers use grit blades for cutting cast iron soil pipe and tile around drains and fixtures.

The 9" length is a common all-purpose size, with enough reach for framing lumber and larger pipe. It fits Milwaukee SAWZALL and HACKZALL saws and other reciprocating saws that take a standard blade shank.
