Milwaukee Tools 48-00-1640 is a Drywall Access SAWZALL blade.

This specialty blade is made for cutting access openings in drywall, such as openings to reach valves, fittings, shower bodies, drain lines and wiring behind finished walls and ceilings. A dedicated drywall blade lets you open the wall without switching to a hand saw or oscillating tool.

Check for pipes and wires behind the wall before cutting. It fits Milwaukee SAWZALL and HACKZALL saws and other reciprocating saws that take a standard blade shank.
