Milwaukee Tools 48-00-1610 is a Rough-In SAWZALL blade, sold in a 5 pack.

Milwaukee designed this blade for cutting through-holes during plumbing and electrical rough-in, including controlled small holes in nail-embedded wood. Per Milwaukee, the 7-3/8" length reaches through double top plates, the FANG TIP plunge cuts through bottom plates and subfloor, the low blade profile cuts 2-1/8" holes for 1-1/2" PVC pipe, and the NAIL GUARD design protects the teeth when cutting through nails.

It fits Milwaukee SAWZALL and HACKZALL saws and other reciprocating saws that take a standard blade shank.
