Sioux Chief 863-U is an aluminum dome bottom strainer.

A floor sink is an indirect waste receptor, set in the floor to take discharge from equipment such as ice machines, sinks and condensate lines, common in commercial kitchens and restaurants. Strainers and dome bottom strainers fit inside the sink to catch debris before it enters the drain.

This dome bottom strainer is aluminum and sits at the bottom of the floor sink over the outlet. Confirm the floor sink model and size before ordering accessories, and follow local code for indirect waste and air gap requirements.
