Sioux Chief 861-5 is a PVC square full strainer with lift handle.

A floor sink is an indirect waste receptor, set in the floor to take discharge from equipment such as ice machines, sinks and condensate lines, common in commercial kitchens and restaurants. Strainers and dome bottom strainers fit inside the sink to catch debris before it enters the drain.

This full strainer covers the whole top of a square floor sink, and the lift handle makes it easy to remove for cleaning. Confirm the floor sink model and size before ordering accessories, and follow local code for indirect waste and air gap requirements.
