The Caleffi 546096A DISCALDIRT is a 1" combination air and dirt separator with sweat connections for closed-loop hydronic heating and cooling systems.

DISCALDIRT combines two functions in one brass body: the upper section separates air and microbubbles and releases them through an automatic float vent, while the lower section collects dirt and debris so it can be flushed out through the drain valve. This non-magnetic model saves space compared with a separate air separator and dirt separator.

Before ordering: Confirm the 1" sweat connection matches your copper pipe size. Install with the vent upright and leave access to the bottom drain for periodic flushing.
