Caleffi NA502740A Robocal Automatic Air Vent, 1/2" Connection, with Check Valve and Hygroscopic Cap

The Caleffi NA502740A is a Robocal automatic air vent with a 1/2" connection, a built-in check valve and a hygroscopic safety cap. It releases air that collects at high points of a closed hydronic system.

Robocal vents are compact automatic air vents for hydronic heating and cooling systems, installed at high points, on manifolds, air separators and terminal units. The check valve lets the vent be removed for service without draining the system, and the hygroscopic cap is designed to swell and seal the vent outlet if water reaches it.
