Milwaukee Tools 2426-20 is an M12 multi-tool, sold as the tool only.

An oscillating multi-tool makes plunge and flush cuts in drywall, wood, plastic pipe and trim, and can also scrape and sand with the right accessory. Plumbers use it to open wall and floor access, trim subfloor around a closet flange and cut pipe in tight spots where a saw will not fit.

It runs on Milwaukee's M12 battery platform, so it shares batteries with other M12 tools. The -20 model is the bare tool; battery and charger are sold separately. Blades and accessories are sold separately.
