Sioux Chief 696-G3011WR OxBox Faucet Supply Box with Arrester F1960

Sioux Chief 696-G3011WR is an OxBox kitchen supply box with three 3/8" compression outlets (2 hot, 1 cold), a hot-side arrester, and 1/2" PEX F1960 inlets.

It puts three quarter-turn ball valves in one recessed ABS box at the kitchen sink; Sioux Chief suggests it for sink/dishwasher or sink/ice maker layouts. A water hammer arrester is built in on the hot side, which typically feeds the dishwasher.

This is the rough-in version without a frame; add an OxBox frame at trim. Match the inlet to the piping: F1960 PEX, F1807 PEX or MIP/FSWT for copper.
