Description
The ST9103A1002 is a replacement electronic fan timer from Resideo (Honeywell Home).
The fan timer decides when the blower starts after the burner lights and how long it runs after the burner stops. Start too early and the first air out of the registers is cold; stop too early and the heat exchanger keeps its heat instead of the house getting it.
On a furnace that dumps cold air at the start of every cycle, or one where the blower keeps running long after the call, this board is what is doing it.
