Connection Type	F1960 (Expansion)
Material	Composite
Size	1-1/2"
Type	Elbow - 90°

MrPEX Systems 4661515 is a 1-1/2" composite PEX 90° elbow with ASTM F1960 expansion connections.

A 90-degree elbow changes the direction of a PEX run without a tight tubing bend, useful at wall and floor transitions and in cramped framing. Both ends take 1-1/2" PEX.

F1960 expansion fittings are used with PEX-a tubing and PEX expansion rings: the tubing and ring are expanded, the fitting is inserted, and the PEX shrinks back to form the seal. Composite fittings are a non-metallic alternative to brass for the same expansion system. Match the fitting size and expansion ring to the tubing, and follow local code and the tubing maker's installation instructions.
