Description
The C7189U1005 is a remote indoor temperature sensor from Resideo (Honeywell Home), wired.
A remote indoor sensor fixes the oldest complaint in residential HVAC: the thermostat is in the hallway and the hallway is not where anyone sits. Put the sensor in the room that matters and the system controls to that room.
This is the wired version. It needs a run back to the thermostat or controller; the RedLINK equivalents do the same job over the air where pulling wire is the expensive part.
