Sioux Chief 696R2313MF is a fire-rated OxBox washing machine box with water hammer arresters and MIP inlets.

It rough-ins the washing machine supply and drain in recessed ABS boxes with quarter-turn ball valves, so the hoses connect inside the wall instead of behind the machine. Built-in arresters absorb the water hammer caused by the fast-closing valves of the washer.

The fire-rated OxBox laundry boxes are intended for fire-rated wall assemblies. Check the inlet size and the fire-rating listing required for the wall assembly before ordering.
