Rheem RTEX-AB7-240 is a 7.2 kW 240v 30A RTEX Water Heater Booster.

The RTEX booster is installed downstream of an existing tank water heater to raise outlet temperature on demand, helping a tank keep up during long draws. Check that the electrical service supports the 7.2 kW, 240 V, 30 A rating before ordering, and plan the plumbing so the booster sits on the hot water outlet line.
