Sioux Chief 644WG23 3/4" PEX F1960 x 1/2" Female Sweat Adapter Brass

Sioux Chief 644WG23 is a 3/4" F1960 expansion x 1/2" female sweat (FSWT) straight adapter in no-lead (NL/DZR) brass.

The female sweat end is a socket that accepts copper tube, so it transitions a PEX line onto copper pipe with a soldered joint. F1960 joints are cold-expansion connections: the tube is expanded, the fitting inserted, and the PEX shrinks back onto it. With PowerPEX Type-B tube, Sioux Chief recommends a self-rotating power expansion tool.

Sioux Chief describes the one-piece fitting as full flow with no restriction. Match the connection standard (F1807 crimp, F1960 expansion or F2159 poly crimp) to the PEX tube, rings and tools already on the job before ordering.
