Sioux Chief 647WG2E3 is a 1/2" F1960 expansion x 1/2" FIP drop-ear elbow adapter in no-lead (NL/DZR) brass.

The drop-ear flange screws to backing inside the wall; Sioux Chief lists it for shower risers, tub spouts and non-pressure fitting applications. F1960 joints are cold-expansion connections: the tube is expanded, the fitting inserted, and the PEX shrinks back onto it. With PowerPEX Type-B tube, Sioux Chief recommends a self-rotating power expansion tool.

Match the connection standard (F1807 crimp, F1960 expansion or F2159 poly crimp) to the PEX tube, rings and tools already on the job before ordering.
