Charlotte Pipe PVC-08530-1800 is a 2-1/2" PVC Schedule 80 van stone flange, Socket (Socket = socket (takes the pipe)).

A Van Stone flange has a loose rotating ring, so the bolt holes line up with the mating flange without twisting the pipe.

Schedule 80 PVC fittings are the heavy-wall pressure fittings, made to ASTM D2467 and grey to tell them apart from Schedule 40. The thicker wall gives a higher pressure capacity and allows threaded connections, which is why Schedule 80 is used on industrial, process and commercial pressure lines. Like all PVC, they are limited to 140°F.
