Taco Comfort Solutions 49-100T-2 is the Air Separator 4900 Series - 1" NPT; Bronze Body.

This 4900 series air separator removes entrained air and microbubbles from closed hydronic systems, which reduces noise and improves heat transfer. Its bronze body is suited to a range of heating systems.

Install it on the supply side of the system, sized to match the 1" NPT piping, and follow Taco's orientation instructions. Removing air helps protect circulators and keeps every zone heating evenly.
