The Caleffi 520616AC is an AngleMix 3-way thermostatic mixing valve with 1" press union connections and inlet check valves and temperature gauge. It mixes supply and return water to deliver a controlled outlet temperature to the heating circuit.

AngleMix valves are 3-way thermostatic mixing valves for hydronic heating systems. They blend hot supply water with cooler return water to hold a steady, adjustable supply temperature for low-temperature circuits such as radiant floor heating. The angle body pattern simplifies piping on near-boiler and manifold installations. The built-in check valves on the inlets help prevent unwanted thermosiphoning and cross-flow between the hot and cold ports.

Before ordering, confirm your piping is 1" and suited to press connections, and that a flow capacity of Cv 3.5 matches your circuit's design flow. This valve is for hydronic heating, not for potable hot water tempering.
