Sioux Chief 887-AM is a 3" hub, 4" inside ABS flush-to-floor open closet flange with a stainless steel swivel ring.

A closet flange anchors a floor-mounted toilet and connects its outlet to the drain; the closet bolts slide into the ring. A TKO (total knockout) test cap seals the drain for the rough-in test and is knocked out before the toilet is set.

It fits over 3" pipe as a hub or inside 4" pipe, has an open (no test cap) flush-to-floor profile and a stainless steel swivel ring. Check the pipe size and material and how the flange joins the pipe before ordering.
