Sioux Chief 886-4ATM is a 4" hub ABS TKO flush-to-floor closet flange with a stainless steel swivel ring.

A closet flange anchors a floor-mounted toilet and connects its outlet to the drain; the closet bolts slide into the ring. A TKO (total knockout) test cap seals the drain for the rough-in test and is knocked out before the toilet is set.

It has a 4" ABS hub, a TKO test cap, a flush-to-floor profile and a stainless steel swivel ring that turns to line up the closet bolts. Check the pipe size and material and how the flange joins the pipe before ordering.
