Sioux Chief 888-AM is a 3" inside ABS open closet flange with a stainless steel swivel ring and 4" tailpiece.

A closet flange anchors a floor-mounted toilet and connects its outlet to the drain; the closet bolts slide into the ring. A TKO (total knockout) test cap seals the drain for the rough-in test and is knocked out before the toilet is set.

It fits inside 3" pipe, has an open (no test cap) body with a 4" tailpiece and a stainless steel swivel ring. Check the pipe size and material and how the flange joins the pipe before ordering.
