Sioux Chief 886-4AM is a 4" hub ABS flush-to-floor one-piece open closet flange with a stainless steel ring.

A closet flange anchors a floor-mounted toilet and connects its outlet to the drain; the closet bolts slide into the ring. A TKO (total knockout) test cap seals the drain for the rough-in test and is knocked out before the toilet is set.

It has a 4" ABS hub, an open (no test cap) one-piece body that sits flush to the floor, and a stainless steel ring. Check the pipe size and material and how the flange joins the pipe before ordering.
