Sioux Chief 889-AOTM is a 3" x 4" ABS full flush gasketed offset closet flange with a TKO knockout.

A closet flange anchors a floor-mounted toilet and connects its outlet to the drain; the closet bolts slide into the ring. A TKO (total knockout) test cap seals the drain for the rough-in test and is knocked out before the toilet is set.
