Moen 62370 is an M-Pact Posi-Temp valve with 1/2 in. connections and 1/4-turn stops, packed 12 per case.

Posi-Temp is a pressure-balancing valve: it responds to pressure changes in the hot or cold supply, for example when a toilet is flushed, to help keep the shower temperature steady. M-PACT is Moen's rough-in valve platform: the valve stays in the wall while the trim is chosen separately, so confirm the trim you pick is listed for M-PACT Posi-Temp valves.
