Taco Comfort Solutions 329-T3 is the Boiler Feed Valve - 1/2" Threaded Fast Fill.

This boiler feed valve reduces incoming water pressure and automatically maintains fill pressure in a closed hydronic heating system. The fast fill feature allows quick filling and purging of the system during startup and service.

Confirm the 1/2" connection style before installation. Install it in the cold water make-up line with a backflow preventer where local code requires one, and set the fill pressure to suit the height of the system.
